Project stages include:

Define - We work with you to
clearly understand your
immediate needs, long-term
goals, competitive landscape
and available resources.
Business objectives are then
confirmed and a strategic plan
of action including project
scope, budget, estimates and a
detailed work plan are created.

Organize - During this stage of
development we work with you
to define resources and project
parameters. Answers are
determined for the following
questions. What has the client
done in the past that they
have liked and disliked and,
why did they like/dislike it?
What is the best way to work
within the client’s organization?
What existing client resources
should we utilize (current art,
photographs, in-house
copywriters, etc.)? What are
the creative, mechanical, and
delivery requirements? What
are the functional and technical
requirements? What are the
timelines? What will the
approval process be?

Create/Implement - Once the above basics are in
place, we develop content and seek approvals at the
following stages: 1 - copy/rough draft, 2 - copy/revised,
3 - initial concept/comp, 4 - layout proofs of entire piece,
5 - revised layout proofs (if needed) and 6 - film and
blueline proofs.

Followup - Upon project completion, we obtain customer
and client feedback on the final product and analyze
tracking results (if the project is tracked). Our goal is to
always improve, listen to the client and give them our
very best. An important step in this process is strong
communication before, during and after every project.
