Steve's talent is enhanced by his desire to create innovative designs that meets the clients branding strategy. His extensive experience covers the full spectrum of clients and advertising media.

Steve started in 1982 as an Art Director for a major advertising firm. Prior to joining Allie Design in 1991, Steve was the graphics editor of the Grand Rapids Magazine and Business Journal and Senior Designer for Amway's Distributor Communications and Creative Resources Inc. Steve's experience as lead designer for clients such as the Gerald R. Ford International Airport, Wolverine Worldwide, Amway Corporation, Steelcase, Worden Furniture, Advanced Radiology Services, Borgess Health Alliance, Butterworth Health System, the Michigan Department of Health, Frederik Meijer Gardens, the UICA and Circle Theatre.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree at Kendall College of Art and Design with a major in visual communications and advertising. He is a member of the prestigious Society of Illustrators and has won numerous national and international awards. Steve enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, golf & kayaking. Whenever possible he likes to work in the garden or watch the soccer matches.
